mark, how does saturday feb 24th sound for a hit n run concert at Seneca hose fire hall   to raise money for seneca hose and winchester fire co's in west seneca??  let me know. We are doing what winchester did  $5.00 and dollar drink tickets with a small game of chance room.  Hopefully this works out as a yearly thing  =0)

Mark, I'm wondering if Hit N Run could help us out.  Every year at Graphic Controls for the Holiday season we adopt 2-3 needy families and donate to local food pantries.  We generate funds through a Chinese auction.  Every year we look for unique 1-of-a-kind items.  We have done Bills/Sabres autograph stuff which goes over pretty well. Would the band be able to donate a signed guitar?  I know we have a large following of HNR here. If you can, great.  If not, thank you too.  Hey, if you're free on Wednesday nights, stop in at Broadway Sports around 9 or so to hang with us.  You can help with the singing in the bar.

I have to say that this version of Hit and Run may be the best one in history. (No I am not sleeping with anyone in the band).  I see the band once or twice a year when I come home. I have seen them from the beginning some 15 or so odd years ago when I booked bands in Buffalo clubs, and as a guy who for years has tried to build this exact band in Buffalo, and now in Georgia, they truly are the best band in the area. I was very impressed with the band vocals with complex 4 part harmonies that were dead on, and a song selection that was not made up of three chord cheese.  I am glad that I drove to Club Paradise on my honeymoon to see you guys and will continue to do so anytime I am in the Buffalo.

Hi Guys. Words cannot express the joy you brought to my daughter and our family, by hanging in there, and showing up, hours after you thought the reception was cancelled. How you all got the word, and set up at the new location at the Protocol, was amazing. Even more amazing, was the party that followed.  I have never seen a band that could draw people into the celebration the way Hit N Run does. The Protocol was rockin! People who I've never seen on the dance floor before, were partying, dancing, and singing at the top of their lungs, (including me ! ). I want to give special thanks to Bruce Decker who was "with us" for two days, making things happen,  to Mark, for doing what you do sooo well, and to all of you, for a day which started out with tears of despair, and ended up with tears of joy, and the best party I've ever been to. Thank you, thank you, thank you,  from the bottom of my heart, for saving Jennas day.

Kelly, I know that you're not on the list, but you just joined that band a couple months ago. I would bet that you will be on the ballot next year. You rock girl.  Kenny, you can't get anymore awards (hall of fame thing) but I will give you the "Leeza Loves You Award". Your a special man. I hope this upcoming year is just as fun as this past year. I love you all very much and am VERY proud of you.

Mark, I know I've already told you, but words simply can not express my gratitude to you and the rest of the boys for helping save the day for our wedding reception this past Saturday. Through the flurry of emotions I had discovering that our reception had been cancelled and then finding out that it was being rescheduled and moved due to the power outage, one of my biggest comforts was knowing that Hit N Run was there... waiting, hoping and ready to do anything you could to make this reception happen. And it did, and it was beautiful. The food was great, the decorations were gorgeous and we were surrounded with friends and family, but it was HIT N RUN who made it a party. Everyone was raving about you and what a great time they had. You are an amazingly talented group of people, and an amazing group of friends. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for helping to make our reception happen. I love you all to pieces.

Hey Mark, It was very nice seeing you play again you still sound great. The band sounds great too. I'll be coming out to see you guys again this Friday, I'm looking forward to hear Hit n Run play. I have been home (from Iraq) for about 2 weeks now and getting back into the routine of things, It's a lot different when your out of the country and trying to do your job and just when you change your ways things change and you come. My time in the service is up and I have a little while to think about what I want to do weather to sign for another 5 years or retire from it I think about the people in  Iraq that are struggling to survive, and it's very hard to come back home to peace and loving people, It's a lot different.... well that's enough about me I hope to see you guys play this weekend. I was very surprised that you remembered me.

Now for the obvious.....Hit n Run in my opinion is the best Classic Rock Band, not only just for WNY, but for the whole US of A. I have filmed, recorded and have worked for many  "mainstream" groups / individuals, Those mainstream "people" can learn allot from Hit n Run about Music, Attitude, Fan Appreciation,  Showmanship and working hard to maintain that KICK ASS ROCK -N- ROLL SOUND!   FOREVER HITnRUN!!!!

Do you play at weddings? I am looking for a band to play at our wedding on July 21, 2007 MC'ing is not a necessity. We are looking for a band that can play mostly rock (classic and modern) but, a few country hits would be nice too. It is an outdoor wedding inside a tent with approximately 200 guests. Gentleman, I am a Ladder Captain for a Volunteer Fire Company. On November fourth we are having our 75th anniversary Banquet. Being a past member of a band in Montana, I am always trying to get our company to
hire bands instead of a disc-jockey. We have had bands in the past but due to differences of music they have not gone over all that well. We have although seen your band on several occasions, the last being at Clarance Center around labor day. We were all very impressed with your band and selections. Hey Mike, I saw you guys at the beer tent at the Erie County Fair. My brother and I met you in between sets. I was asking you about the band Actor from way back and you told me your other guitarist played with them. I also bought a long sleeve t-shirt from you. hope that this email finds you happy and well.  I just took a look at the Hit n Run website and noticed that you didn't have us ( Bellevue ) down for Friday, October 27th.  That's the night of the annual Halloween Dance 8:00pm til Midnight.  I was under the impression that we had tentatively booked that date at the end of the night.  I know that life was a little hectic for you at this time last year, so I can appreciate it if it didn't get written down.  It's also quite possible that I had misunderstood you as well (I had been drinking a little bit!!)  With that said, are we still on with Hit-n-Run?   How much do you need for a deposit?   I was going to have the tickets printed up this week and start handing them out on Monday.

i know you get alot of requests like this for benefits and all. But there is a girl her name is rachel and she is in need of a lung transplant. People at my fire co. seneca hose in west seneca and also a joint effort from other halls in town are looking to put together a benefit for her and her family to  help them through this time of need. I know you guys have a great pull for a crowd and would be a huge help to the effort. So i was wondering How much it would cost to bring you guys in for the night of the benefit. I would supply lights and even sound if needed out of my own business for the stage at our hall which is small but i do have risers i can put up also. Mary and I went to see Nickel Back (great show), ended up at Tony Romes on Union a little after 12, heard you singing Faithfully all the way over there, was hoping that the show was going to 1 so we took a ride over. I have to tell you that that was an awsome show. There were so many people by 10:00 pm that it took 1/2 hr to go to the bathroom. The place was packed and jamming. There was one point where you guy's were doing a Bon Jovi song and I looked around and everyone was singing the words to it and dancing. It's great to be King.

Mark, The 4th of July at Lancaster was awesome. They stopped people from entering the beer tent a few times, because it was over populated.  We had about 40 of the softball players there from our teams.  They ran out of beer at 8:30, which was disappointing for us, but a tribute to the crowds that Hit N Run bring in and the money you make for these functions. We are loving the beer tent tour. See you at the Bisons bash on Friday. We have some tough softball games next week.

you did your usual great job on wednesday in north tonawanda.  just to firm up our conversation of wednesday we would like to extend hit and run the extra hour on 7-12 for the extra agreed upon amount. on your email that goes out just stress the 7 start time, you might want to mention that this is one of the only lawn fetes in the area that has both inside and outside seating-so come early.  by the way fireworks are set for 10. also we want you back next year--next year it goes back to 4 weekends in july so we go to the last weekend  in july or 27 28 and 29. you are centainly welcome to perform more than one night--we can talk about that later in the year. you will be seeing more of us with the earlier starts--take care

Need to take a moment to comment about the people who come to see this band. YOU GUYS ARE HARD CORE!!!! Gratwick Firehall Field Days Friday June 9: temperature 45 degrees, windy as hell and what looked like SNOW CLOUDS looming overhead.  That being said, looks like we  had about 250-300 people in the tent at the peak of it all, dancing and partying like nobody's business. Mickey Rats Saturday June 10:  temperature 48 degrees.  A cold night usually means a slow night at the lake, but apparently cold doesn't bother you guys at all.  Another great crowd, with a very happy club owner wanting additional dates with Hit n Run.  The people who come to see this band are tremendous.  I'm blown away with their loyalty and their friendship, and I am looking forward to this summer BIG TIME!  Thanks guys! Also, a big shout out to Bob Schmeichl and Dan Brace who ran sound for us on Saturday.  Dan had wisdom teeth pulled that day, and still came out and did a great job. Guess we'll have to pack Novocain in the gig bags, LOL.  And, good luck to our regular sound man Jesse Rejewski, who is doing a two week tour with his band from June 16 to June 30.  Have a great time!

I am looking to book a band for my mother's wedding.We have both been  huge fans of hit'n'run for as long as I can remember, back in the  T-Birds days, I'm sure you know who my mother is, Wendy. It's going to  be an outdoor wedding sometime in July or August. I am basically basing  the date on whether or not I am able to book a band. Saturdays are the  best but probably impossible due to how late we are planning this. It is  her second wedding and there will be about 250 guests. We have to thank the management and staff at Desiderio's, Macaroons, and  Club Paradise for how well we have been treated since we joined the bandin October. These guys have been helpful to us in allowing us to  arrange different set up times, always make sure we can get a water or  pop no matter how backed up the bar is, and have gone out of their way to make us feel welcome.  Believe me, this is appreciated and NOT taken for granted. Also, the guys who help us the most are the soundmen who work for us most often, Jesse, Kevin, and lately at Macaroons, John. It's tough enough hauling around tons of sound equipment.  It's a lot tougher when you have to deal with a 7 piece band with various in-ear mixes, space considerations, volume issues, and the general neuroses you encounter dealing with musicians. These guys work their tails off, no matter how much we try to streamline, and they are definitely great partners to have in this business.

Sorry for the hasty departure on Sat. night but I needed some Benydril bad. I have to agree with Jerry, the sky is the limit for Hit n Run. You guy's sounded great Sat. just too crowded. 3/20 I wanted to get up on the dance "table"...  :] Tony Romes w/ you guys was so much fun!  Very cool crowd!  Everyone really liked you guys! I'm gonna have to go back there and see it with out all the people. It was so crowded, I strategically decided to stay near the bar, afraid I wouldn't make it back.  :]  lol.... It looks like a really cool place. I haven't been there before.  One of my friends (HNR friend) said that they have excellent streak and ribs.  Just an awesome/fun time....had by all!  Anyway, I loved your dance on the table. You looked perfect!  See you guys this w/e

3/20 It is so exhilarating to be at public places and get recognized as the keyboardist of Hit n Run. It happened again twice this weekend. The compliments make you feel great. I am just loving this and want to say thanks for the opportunity to perform with Hit n Run and thanks to our friends who come out each weekend.

3/16 Hey guys, just a big thanks for a great show. When they say the house is a rockin it sure was! Everyone I talked to had a great time.I guess Q of H and HIT & RUN put on great parties. Numbers tell the story, close to 380 people walked through the doors. See ya at  Joes' saturday night (Tony Romes). Can't wait for the carnival, i know you guys will pack the house again. I was going to ask some friends if they want to go see the best Rock and Roll band in Buffalo this weekend. I think we have an in with the lead singer. We may be able to get front row balcony seats this Sat. night. Tell Mark that we may not be present the last 2 weeks but he is in our hearts always.
